Enovin helps energy-intensive manufacturing sites (5MW+) discover and activate hidden flexibility in their existing processes, turning energy from a fixed cost into a revenue stream of €300K to €5M+ per year, without disrupting operations. With over 10 years of industrial experience, Stephan led the flexibility unlock of a 200MW chlor-alkali plant, serves as strategic advisor to Port of Rotterdam on industrial energy topics, and has mapped the complete flexibility portfolio for clients like Air Products.
