Randolf Weterings
Randolf Weterings is Program Manager Hydrogen at the Port of Rotterdam Authority, where he oversees the entire hydrogen value chain. His portfolio includes projects related to import and export, production, infrastructure development, and industrial applications.
With over a decade at the Port of Rotterdam, he played a key role in several energy transition projects. He was instrumental in developing the Porthos CO₂ transport and storage project, advancing electrification initiatives, and establishing the port’s hydrogen strategy and its first hydrogen projects. Prior to joining the Port of Rotterdam, Randolf held various regional and international positions at Eneco, Applus RTD, and Siemens. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences and a Master’s degree in Management of Technology from Delft University of Technology.
