Michele Eleuteri

Michele Eleuteri is a senior operations and energy leader with more than 20 years of experience in the food and agribusiness industry. He began his career at Barilla as a Process Engineer and has held a variety of engineering, manufacturing, and operational excellence roles across international organizations.

Today, Michele leads Bunge's Global Energy Centre of Excellence, driving energy performance and decarbonization initiatives across a global network of more than 150 processing facilities and over 300 grain storage sites. His team is responsible for delivering strategic energy and decarbonization CAPEX projects, accelerating the adoption of best practices, leveraging operational expertise, and advancing process and technology standardization to deliver measurable business results.
