Matija Arh started as a researcher at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the University of Ljubljana, where he developed algorithms and equipment for process control. Over the past ten years at INEA, he has applied his expertise on industrial projects, contributing to significant achievements of global clients in the chemical and automotive industries.

As a Product Portfolio Manager for inGenious, he operates at the intersection of two worlds, with in-depth knowledge of industrial automation that is indispensable for finding solutions in industrial energy management. Leading the development of an in-demand product, he remains actively involved in R&D, contributing to internationally recognized, award-winning projects across Slovenia and Europe.
