Julien Saigault

Julien Saigault is a Partner at EY France, specializing in nuclear energy, infrastructure, and energy transition advisory. With more than 15 years of experience in strategy, transactions, project finance, and public policy, he advises governments, utilities, investors, and multilateral institutions on the development and financing of large-scale energy infrastructure.

His nuclear expertise covers both conventional large reactors and advanced reactor technologies, including Small Modular Reactors (SMRs). He has supported public and private sector stakeholders across Europe, North America, Middle East, Central Asia, and South-East Asia on nuclear development and financing strategies, market design, investment frameworks, regulatory reforms, and supply chain development. He is actively involved in nuclear new-build programs, financing mechanisms, and industrial development initiatives aimed at accelerating the deployment of clean and secure energy systems.

Julien is a member of EY's Global Nuclear Advisory Group, an active participant in the European SMR Industrial Alliance, and a contributor to the Economics, Law and Finance Working Group of the World Nuclear Association. He is also a doctoral candidate researching nuclear energy financing and investment frameworks.
