Frank Woessink is responsible for Regulatory Affairs at TenneT. He has been working for TenneT for 12 years in various roles at Regulatory Affairs and Offshore (2 GW program). Frank is also actively involved in the Dutch Action Plan Netcongestion when it comes to policy development. Main responsibilities include: Regulatory Revenue determination, tariff structures and network codes (EU and National). As such he has contributed to the development of the non-firm transmission rights and of obligatory congestion management. Before joining TenneT Frank was an auditor of big energy companies in the Netherlands and Russia.
